Vlisco Fabrics are given names by our consumers. Depending on the design, the occasion or even social event, consumer name our fabrics and add a story to it, allowing to communicate with others with this deeper meaning.
The Vlisco Stories website was created to facilitate the storytelling around our fabric designs. Not only generally known fabric stories as Six bougies, La Famille and Kofi Annan's brain, but also more personal stories such as which design a woman wore when she got married. The website was created with a clear visual language allowing the user to easily navigate and browse all stories.
