Project summary
Service Design always starts with one thing and that is the end-user, in Vlisco's case the West African consumer. This process shows the steps in the design process which we used to develop new services and propositions for Vlisco.

1. Research; qualitative and quantitive
2. Insights; What's behind the research data
3. Problem & opportunity definition; look how we can help
4. Ideate; create ideas and cluster and combine them into concepts
5. Prototype; build a prototype to demo and to test. Adjust the concept and continue to iterate.
6. Implement; hand it over to the business and train powerusers.
